Talk With Us About Your Water in Richardson
Every conversation with us happens by phone, and that suits the work. Talking it through tells us more about your water and your home than a form ever could, and it puts the right visit on the calendar.

How a Call With Us Goes
When you call, we start by listening. Tell us what you notice at the tap, whether that is a chlorine smell, spots on glassware or scale around fixtures. We ask a few questions about your home, then set a time for a water test. The visit begins with readings and a water report you can keep, so the conversation is built on numbers instead of a sales pitch.
If you already know you want whole-home filtration, a water softener, reverse osmosis or UV water treatment, we can talk through a quote on the same call. We will also explain how a visit works. Floors are covered along the path to the equipment, the work area stays contained, and we wipe down and clear away packaging before we leave.
Things Worth Gathering Before We Talk
- Think about what first made you notice your water, such as an odd taste, a smell, staining or white crust on fixtures.
- Find the spot where the main water line comes into the house, and note any open floor space near it in the garage or a utility closet.
- Check for existing filters or softener tanks, and jot down the brand printed on the label if one is visible.
- Pick a few days and times when an adult can be home for the visit.
Let's Get Your Water Test Scheduled
A short call is all it takes to put a test on the calendar or start a quote. We will tell you plainly what the visit involves and how we look after your home while we are there.
